To place an order, you will need your email address. Virtually every item you see on the site can be viewed and purchased online. Ordering just takes a few steps. Simply find the item you want, view key features on the Product Detail page, and click the “Add to Cart” button. Once you’ve completed your shopping, click the “Checkout” button.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order from SimplyMa'aM. This will be sent to the email address you used at the time of you placed your order. This email will contain order details. If for some reason you did not receive an order confirmation email, please contact customer service at email@example.com
Orders may be modify within 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please reach us through "Contact Us" page form. Be sure to describe the change to the order under the subject section (i.e., Cancel Order or Wrong Size Selected or Wrong Item Selected) and include your order number and submit the form. You will be contacted via email on the steps to take to fix the issue or we will advise you to resubmit a new order online.
All orders are sent Standard Ground Shipping via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) our preferred postal carrier. Please visit our shipping methods and charges page for more information.
SimplyMa'aM will ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, you must place your order per address.
All of our garments are handmade by artisans. All available stocked items will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow additional 3-5 business days for shipment.
All expedited orders are processed within 48 hours at an additional fee of $30.00 per shipment. Please contact us prior to placing your order. Once you receive confirmation that we can process your rush order, please submit your $30.00 fee for shipment.

SimplyMa'aM is required by law to charge sales tax on all purchases where applicable. Some States charges taxes on both shipping and purchase total. Sales tax is estimated at checkout, the final amount will be reflected on your invoice or order confirmation.
Due to the custom nature of products, Our return policy is within 14 days. If you exceed the 14 days since your purchase, We will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, It must be in the original packaging, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Sometimes we'll photograph a our sample fabric that was a one time creation. We also test our customers by sharing new designs concepts and ideas on patterns using small batches of sample fabrics in house. For these reasons, not all the styles posted / featured in our social media sites are available for purchase or added to our full online collection. Stock items also sell out fast, so if you absolutely love it, be sure to act quickly and reach out to us.
